T​oday I modified my resume to accord with new conventions, getting up to date with how people market themselves; but there was a problem with my new resume .doc file that I was unware of until memory of advice absorbed during a job and career preparation class I attneded came back to mind: the algorithm that processes the resume to sort candidate quality could be impaired if you make this same mistake: include a page border.

S​o, unable to find any other reason as to why Indeed would not accept my application that had been solicited for by a potential employer, I opened Word, removed the page border, and all was well!
